Peacefully at the Almonte Country Haven on Wednesday March 14, 2018 age 93 years. Marie Claire (Villeneuve) Ouellette, formerly of Ault Island. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Ouellette. Loved mother of Jacques of Almonte, Daniel (Joanne) of Brossard, Quebec, Viviane St-Denis (Jean-Paul) of Kemptville and Diane Beaubien (Leslie Peter) of Almonte. Dear sister of Rod Villeneuve of Cornwall. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jean-Philippe, Charles-Andre, Dominique, Nicolas, Mireille, Matthew and Zachari and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Azilda (Lascelle) Villeneuve, 2 brothers Pat, Hubert and 4 sisters Patricia, Stella, Eva and Frances. To honour Mrs. Ouellette's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Brownlee Funeral Home MacDougall Chapel on Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of the funeral. [A LITURGY OF THE WORD IN CELEBRATION OF CLAIRE OUELLETTE'S LIFE WILL BE HELD IN THE CHAPEL OF THE FUNERAL HOME ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 21, 2018 AT 2PM.].
