The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Barrie Mason can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: There once was this bloke, no honestly, no joke.
His name was Barrie, yes his wifes' a Grannie.
In his youth, he went to sea so he could be uncouth.
Travelled the world did he, fought in lots of ports, perhaps even in a ship called Dreadnaught.
Worked hard all his life, dealing with the sh*t and the strife, never trying to shout at his wife.
He took early retire'ment, invested did he in bricks and cement.
Yes, even family had to pay rent, with his fingerless gloves counting every cent.
Then off to long sault, yes it was too pastures a new.
To a house with numerous a loo.
Thanks for teaching me to ride a Motorbike, this is just one of many memories which I like.
Can you remember that monkeybike.
With me on it, it looked like a giant on a trike.
Hope your well, where ever you are.
To some of us its not very far.
Rest well Dad, you weren't that bad.
If you be in heaven or h#ll, remember who you are, and your back ups not very far.
Perhaps you made to Valhalla, and you sit in the great hall, being served my fine maidens basically having a ball.
Love ya Dad.

Condolence: Please accept my condolences for the passing of your dear loved one. When someone we love dies, the heartache and grief can be great. I hope that you can be comforted knowing that God cares for you and sees your pain. (1 Peter 5:7) "He is close to the brokenhearted and He saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18) May you find comfort and relief during this grievous time, as you cherish the precious memories of Barrie.
