Peacefully at Cornwall Hospice on Sunday September 3, 2017 age 73 years. Thomas Charles Major of Avonmore. Beloved husband of Brenda (Waldroff) Major. Loved father of Penny Roke (Rick), Joseph Major, Shelley Major-Phan (Khan), Paddy-Ann Lapansee (Rheal), Andy Major (Kelly), Christal Major, Kim Adams (Joe) and Jackie Ouderkirk. Predeceased by one daughter Holly Major. Dear brother of Wanda Francis of Kingston and Muriel Mills of Iroquois. Sadly missed by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Andrew and Ida (Thompson) Major. To honour Thomas' wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arragements under the care and direction of Brownlee Funeral Home Finch.
