Taken suddenly on Saturday March 24, 2018 at the age of 61. Daryl Robert Jackson of Monkland, Ontario. Loving father of Dylan and James Jackson (by former marriage to Jeanne) of Cornwall and Colin Jackson-Lennox ) son of Kelly) of Cornwall. Beloved brother of Donald (Roelie) of Ottawa, Carol Lalonde (Bradley) of Crysler, Linda Doreen Emond (Leo) of Long Sault, Lyle (Patricia) of Orleans and his twin brother, Dean of Avonmore. Predeceased by his father and mother Ernest and Lydia (nee Coleman) Jackson of Avonmore and his older brother Glen. Daryl will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Daryl was a country boy, born and raised and as a youth was an award winning member of the 4H club. He worked as a tradesman and in his spare time had a fondness for auctions or a country fair. He appreciated a good card game and enjoyed cheering on his favorite hockey team, the Toronto Maple Leafs. Daryl loved his kin near and far and he shared much of his family history and stories with his sons. Forever, Daryl will be a part of their spirit and memory... Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Brownlee Funeral Home 18 Front Street Finch on Saturday from 12 noon until the time of service.
