Condolence: What a loss for family and friends. The latter group was countless and close I know that they join me in mourning Marie's passing. Anne and I were not just neighbours with Marie and Al but true friends, There was a gate in the fence between our two homes and they were godparents to our daughter, Nadine. My Presbyterian prayer for Marie as a staunch Anglican asks that God's love holds her firm in the knowledge that that her spirit and all the great memories remain with Debra, David and John.

Condolence From: David Cook. Son
Condolence: This is an excerpt from a posting i did on Facebook.
She was just a few days shy of her 88th birthday. For the last couple of weeks she was recovering from a broken hip, broken leg, and a massive heart attack. Three things all at once. She was a tough bird and still tried to walk to the bathroom even though she couldn't support herself. Taught me math, how to cook, how to drive, how to wash dishes (without cutting myself on the sharp knives), do laundry, make my bed, do homework and she even found an add in the paper that got me into the computer field.
Boy she was so mushy. And like most mothers she knew things. Caught me when i didn't know she knew. How did you do that? I have a picture of mom holding the hands of my sister and i just a few weeks ago when i went to see her.
Now she is at peace.

Debra you were a great daughter to mom.
