SHAVER, Osborne
Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital with his family by his side on Wednesday January 8, 2020 age 80 years. Osborne McRae Shaver of Finch. Beloved husband of 56 years to Ivy (Gardner) Shaver. Loved father of Kelly (Gary), Kim (Garth) and Larry (Laurie). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Paige (Tatiana), Julia, Shealyn, Brooke, Scott (Cristin), Ashley (Tim), Tyler, Sophie and by his great grandchildren Cailey and Ben. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Marjorie (McRae) Shaver and one brother Clayton (Gail). Visitation will be held at the Brownlee Funeral Home 18 Front Street Finch on Sunday from 1-3pm and 7-9pm. [A SERVICE IN CELEBRATION OF OSBORNE SHAVER'S LIFE WILL BE HELD IN ST. LUKE'S-KNOX PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH FINCH ON MONDAY JANUARY 13, 2020 AT 11AM.]. Reverend Dr. Cheryl Gaver officiating. Spring interment in the Finch Community Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
