The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Victor Dawkes can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Paul & Lorraine Andrews
Condolence: Dear Helene, Monique and family members,
We saw this message too late for the visitation, but want to express our condolences on the loss of a wonderful, kind, gentle man who is missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May God be with you as you go through these days of the final goodbye in this life. God has promised a reunion one day soon of loved ones who have gone before us. May this promise give you courage, comfort and hope as you anticipate seeing Victor again. May he rest in peace until that time is our prayer for you and your family.
Much love,
Paul and Lorraine.

Condolence: Dear Helen and family
I was saddened to read of your father's death.
I only had a few conversations with your father over the years, but it was very evident that he was fully engaged in life, especially the part about meeting the needs of others. I vividly recall him asking me what my favourite thing in life was. I don't recall what I said, but I thought it was a good question. Your dad said volunteering was his favourite thing. That said a lot about him.
I'm sure you have plenty of wonderful memories of him.
I wish you comfort during this difficult time.
Bill

Condolence: Helen and family, I was so sorry to learn of your father’s passing. His obituary was a wonderful tribute to him and gave those of us who didn’t know him an insight into what an amazing man he was. Our hearts go out to you at this sad time when we cannot be together to share your grief. Please know that we’re thinking of you and your Mom especially but also the entire family. Sincerely Mike and Barbara Metcalfe
