Condolence: To the Hurley Family.

Stacy and I were heartbroken to hear about the loss of our dear Aunt Betty.

When I attended middle school in 1983/1984, I had a very hard time making friends. In the summer of those two years I was desperately lonely and in great need of companionship. Thankfully, I found a kindred spirit in my cousin Scott. During those two years, Scott and I were inseparable and I spent a lot of time at the Hurley household. Aunt Betty always made me feel like I was part of the family; almost like I was one of her boys. I would have never weathered those years without my dear cousin Scott and without the love of my Aunt Betty.

She has always treated me with respect and kindness and her acceptance of my relationship with Stacy was complete, genuine and heartfelt right from the start.

We wanted you all to know that we mourn her passing along with you but promise to keep her memory alive in our hearts. She was a wonderful person and will be sorely missed.

Our deepest condolences to you all.

Mark and Stacy
