Condolence From: Cameron and Janice McCormick
Condolence: On behalf of the Barker family of Alexandria (the late Vince and Hazel) we want to extend our most heartfelt condolences to Veronica’s family. She was so compassionate and kind towards our parents and my late father in law Cameron when they were residents of the nursing home in Alexandria. She told my husband “I am in this world, but not of this world” and she surely lived it in her Catholic faith. May she rejoice in paradise with our Heavenly Father.

Condolence From: Carol McDonald (McLeod)
Condolence: To all who knew and loved Veronica, The community has lost a very kind hearted, compassionate person, so dedicated to the people she encountered in her life, be they family, friends or patients. We were all privileged to have had Veronica as a classmate in the St. Joseph’s School of Nursing, class of 1966 and enjoyed all of our get togethers in the past 54 years. Veronica carried on when many of us would have given up. Rest in peace Veronica. In sympathy, Carol McDonald
