Condolence: Janice and Phil’s family, Condolences for your loss. Phil was like an uncle to me. I have many fond childhood memories with Phil...from playing Space Invaders, to watching Mike Tyson fights, to the odd ball hockey game and occasional sparing session (sorry about the glasses :) and even hiring me for odd jobs. I’ll never forget such fond memories. Thank you Phil for being so involved in my childhood. Rest In Peace Phil. A donation has been made in his name to Heart & Stroke. Jim & Nicole

Condolence: I first met with Phil's smile and congenial amenable friendship he harbored for everyone, one person to another while at I was with Sears Canada (earl 80's and present days again. My fond memory was a re-connection at his place of residence where he passed. Phil loved his labs and as a former lab man myself we had fond memories. Phil was jovial, kind and needed people in his life at a time when limitations due to Covid suppressed that need. May God be his judge and hold him in love and generous abode.

Condolence: Very sad to see of Phil's passing. We first met when I came to Cornwall to work at CJSS in 1984. Phil of course was in sales and we had many good laughs. Through the years we bumped into one another and always had terrific conversations and a good laugh or two. We also supported each other in our business relationships throughout the years. Rest in Peace my friend.

Condolence: Dear Janice, Janice & Brian, Stephen & Julie, and families: It is with sadness that I learned of Philip's passing, recently. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May wonderful memories sustain you in the days, months, and years ahead. I have known Philip for my lifetime, as he was born two days before my birth, and our moms were in the hospital together. I shall fondly remember the countless times the Jasmin family came out to the farm, or spent Sunday afternoon with a picnic on Sheek Island. Those were the good old days, and these memories will live on forever. Our condolences and love. Jim & Paulette
