Peacefully at his residence with his family by his side on Tuesday December 1, 2020 age 75 years. James Lloyd 'Jim' Bancroft of Ingleside. Beloved husband of Amy (Everaars) Bancroft. Predeceased by his first wife Lynne (Rumball) Bancroft. Loved father of Shelley Bancroft, Jamie Bancroft and Christine Cicchini (Jeff). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Amanda (Andi) Bancroft-Roy, Peyton and Marissa Cicchini. Cherished brother to Rose Eamer (Robert Eamer) of Font Hill, Debbie Bancroft (Mike Finn) of Creston and David Bancroft (Nina Ati) of Cornwall. Dear brother-in-law to Diane and Roger Guenette of Ottawa, Susan Dunning of Kitchener, Tracey and Fausto Chiappa of Ottawa, Kathy and Courtney Turner of Ottawa, Janet Rumball of Ottawa, Conrad and Caroline of Kingston and Nelly and Tim Dawson of Florida. Uncle to 28 nieces and nephews. Best friends of Brian and Judy Rombough and Don and Ruth MacLean.To honour Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place.
