Peacefully at the Dundas Manor in Winchester on Thursday March 19, 2020 age 99 years. Jessie Urquhart (Clark) Ouderkirk formerly of Finch. Loved mother of Brian Ouderkirk (Shannon) of British Columbia, David Ouderkirk (Deedee) of Long Sault, Sherry McMillan (Phil) of Berwick and Greg Clark (Tammy) of Ingleside. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren Paul, Mathew, Vicki, Brent, Ellie, Adam and 6 great grandchildren MacKenzie, Cayden, Rebekah, Emagin, Coen and Daine. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Annie (Chalmers) Clark; one brother Bill Clark and one sister Eleanor Pugh. To honor Mrs. Ouderkirk's wishes, cremation has taken place.
